Field Overseas Voting - Consular Outreach in Tamworth

Only registered overseas Filipino voters (see https://tinyurl.com/PHElection2025) can pre-enroll and vote in the upcoming 2025 Philippine National Elections.
Registered voters must follow the steps below:

1. PRE-ENROLL in the Online Voting and Counting System (OVCS) using their own internet-capable device (ie. mobile phone, laptop, tablet) through the official link below starting on 23 March 2025 to 07 May 2025:

https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/enroll

Note: The voter will be required to have any of the following identification cards during pre-enrollment: (i) Philippine passport, (ii) Philippine driver’s license, (iii) Seafarer’s Book, (iv) IBP ID or (v) PhilSys/national ID.

2. After pre-enrollment, the overseas voter can vote online starting on 13 April 2025 (8:00 am AEST) until 12 May 2025 (7:00 pm PH Standard Time/ 9:00 pm AEST) through the official link:

https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/vote

3. Registered Overseas Voters will be able to vote for twelve (12) Senators and one (1) Party-list representative.
